Superhero in Scrubs Program

'

Ignite’s one of a kind employee reward and recognition program, Superhero in Scrubs “Superheroes” awards our employees things like cash bonuses, gift cards, Ignite swag items, extra PTO, holiday pay, and PTO cash-out options. The program is based on accumulating hours worked, and every block of 300 hours advances you to the next tier. Superheroes is available to all full-time, hourly employees in all departments and job classifications, and puts the employee in control of earning the rewards and advancing through the program.
